Terms & Conditions
Your monthly subscription plan covers class fees for a full school calendar year, which are then divided into 11 convenient monthly payments (no payment is taken on 1st August during the extended school Summer holidays). The monthly fee is £32.50 and will be automatically processed on the 1st of the month for classes in the same month, i.e. your November class fees will be paid on 1st November, once you have pre-entered your credit or debit card details authorising us to take a recurring payment. If you join part way through a month, a covering payment for those classes will be added to your first monthly instalment, so that you can start classes straight away.
Please pay for your trial or set up your subscription payments online at the time of your order, to secure your booking. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.
You can cancel your place at any time by giving notice in writing to Newark@tumbletots.com. One further full direct debit will be collected. We cannot accept cancellations verbally in person or via telephone.
Tumble Tots membership will also be necessary for your child to regularly attend classes. Annual Standard Membership is £28.00.
We cannot offer credits or refunds for missed classes. However, should you miss a class we do offer a 'make up' system whereby you can attend on another day/centre within the term you have paid for (subject to availability).
If extreme weather, or a major incident prevents us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your session by posting on our Facebook page and where possible by text or email.
We kindly ask you not to let your child onto the equipment before or after classes, allowing us to move and set-up apparatus safely for the next class. Please do not allow your child to eat or drink in the class environment. Please also remove dummies before the session starts.
Grown ups are actively involved in the sessions until the 3 to school age class. We ask that you work directly with your own child, encouraging and assisting where necessary, being close to your child at all times.
